Our Mission

Goshen Interfaith Hospitality Network is a flexible, cooperative ministry providing an opportunity for our community to be actively involved in caring for the needs of homeless families.

Who is served by GIHN

Current eligible guests are those family units consisting of a single parent or two parent family with one or more children.

How do we serve?

Guest families that are homeless enter the program for a 30 day period.  If they are making progress in obtaining employment and/or secure housing, a family may submit a written request to extend their stay.  The average stay has been between 53 days in 2012 to 25 days in 2015, with 36 days being the average over that last four years combined.

We give thanks to our dedicated staff who work tirelessly with our guests and volunteers.
